The Guesthouse is very welcoming, light, clean and peaceful. It is located in a lovely residential area in Fulham. The Guesthouse has won the hospitality awards for 9 consecutive years and in 2003 it has won the nomination for being the top guesthouse of London for providing clients tailor made services with attention to details.

There is nothing that makes me happier than knowing my guests are satisfied, happy and relaxed in the comfortable atmosphere of this guesthouse. I welcome everyone to come and have a taste of this unique, homely and relaxing experience at Georgiana’s Guesthouse!

Traveler Review Awards 2023

Happy and so proud to announce at long last that Georgiana’s Guesthouse London has won the Booking.com Traveler Awards 2023 and the nomination for being the No1 Boutique Guesthouse of London with the highest score of 9.3, next to the Mandrake Boutique Hotel Mayfair(8.6) and Frasers boutique countryside guesthouse(8.5).

We have had 5 consecutive awards so far, but this one is the “jewel in the crown of success“! Hard work , a lot of determination and perseverance and a special love for people and hospitality has made this possible.

Breakfast

Guests are served a very generous breakfast, included in the price, which is more like a brunch and will keep you feeling satisfied for longer. I am happy to provide gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, lactose free, kosher, halal etc. options on request.

A typical breakfast consists of:

1. Greek Organic Yoghurt with granola, fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and honey (optional). 
2. Cooked English Breakfast: sausage, bacon, fried tomatoes and mushrooms, baked beans (optional). Eggs: poached, scrambled, fried or omelette (cheese, cheese & ham or mushroom).
3. Toast and selection of jams.
4. Tea, coffee, fresh orange juice.  

By request: scones with jam, and homemade pancakes with maple syrup, honey and jam.

On weekdays, breakfast is served between 7am and 10am.

On weekends, breakfast is served from 9am to 11am. Upon request, breakfast can be served earlier than 9am on weekends for an extra charge.

Drinks

Very good red / white wine, beer, Prosecco, gin & tonic ( Bombay Saphire or Tanqueray ) are all offered complimentary to my guests. 2 large drinks per person per day. Drinks are served either in the room or, weather permitting, in the lovely patio garden surrounded by roses and begonias or in the peaceful living room by the warming fireplace.

Evening offer

An evening cheese & charcuterie board served with crackers and fresh sourdough with any desired drinks is offered on the house.

Facilities of the rooms

The shower rooms have fresh towels changed every day upon request and are equipped with beautiful luxury products: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hydrating body lotion, hand washing gel and creams .

The Family bedroom( The Sanctuary room) with private shower room has plasma Dolby surround system TV, its own patio garden and an additional adjacent room to store away the luggage . The Family room has a double bed and a single bed . It can host 2/3 people

The Lion Room has super king size bed and en-suite shower room.

The Balcony Room is en-suite and had a small double bed ( suitable to offer comfort to 2 young children or one adult )

Families with children can stay in the Lion Room and the Balcony Room, as they are adjacent to each other.

Rooms are provided with a selection of fresh fruit , biscuits, nuts, chocolates, coffee, tea, water bottles

The daily cleaning services is provided by the housekeeper on site.

Transport

The guesthouse is located in a safe and peaceful residential area of London, close to Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green tube stations for the District Line. Imperial Wharf overground station (7 minute walk) is only 10 mins away from the Westfield shopping centre, where shopping for all budgets can be enjoyed and there is also a great selection of restaurants. 

Bus 22 is just 2 mins walk away and links the guesthouse to Knightsbridge, Hyde Park , Marble Arch and Oxford Street . Bus 11, which is just 3 mins walk away, links the guesthouse to Sloane Square, Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace and St Paul’s Cathedral. The local restaurants and nearby amenities offer a great choice and variety. Please feel free to ask for advice.

For those tourists interested in visiting London by car, a guided tour can be provided at an extra cost.  Bookings in advance. 

Parking

For those driving, parking is available on Cresford rd where the guesthouse is .This is restricted zone only for residents 8.30am-6pm. Hence clients’ cars have to be registered on the guesthouse visitor parking permit, paid by the guesthouse at a lower rate than the normal local parking rates(it is approximately £2/hour). This has to be reimbursed then to the guesthouse.

About the host

I am the proud single mother of 4 grown-up children, beautifully educated through hard work and dedication. Although primarily I am a personal stylist/shopper and an interior design/decoration expert, I have also studied psychology/ neuroscience of relationships and I have my own practice as a Family/ Couple/ Relationship counsellor. Separate to this, I started this hospitality business in 2013 and grew to absolutely love it! I have made friends all around the world and I keep in touch with most of my guests. It is a business based on the genuine wish to make people feel at home when they are away from home. I take hosting very seriously and I want all my guests to feel welcomed, comfortable and happy and looked after.

Matthew James Turner Lovely and warm host, very responsive to messages during booking and after. The house is gorgoeus, I’m from Devon myself and the garden area off the kitchen diner is like being in Devon with the decor and plants etc 🙂 the budda stream statue is a lovely touch, very zen! The room was finished to a lovely standard, clean, lovely water pressure, very modern spec. Bed was really comfy which isn’t always the case at hotels or bookings! Breakfast was lovely even though I wasn’t too hungry! Lovely touches. Just a lovely environment, I’ve done a fair share of travelling and air bnbs, and this place on all honest the best I’ve stayed in. Location is fantastic, just off the common green so great for summer etc. Many thanks to the host, will certainly stay again for sure.

Please accept that when you make, and we confirm, a booking of accommodation, we are all entering into a business contract.  We provide you with the accommodation you require and you pay us in accordance with our rates and the cancellation charges listed below.

Cancellation policy: 

Free cancellation within 3 weeks after the booking is accepted.  I am running a very small business that gets booked very quickly and I cannot afford to block the rooms with more flexible cancellation policy, hence 100% of the accommodation costs apply after the 48-hour window. Please ensure that you take out the necessary insurance to cover for cancellation, unexpected illness, bad travel conditions etc.
